The INFO Train the Trainer Workshop

…also known as the INFO T3 Workshop

The INFO T3 workshop is aimed at creating a core group of passionate faculty that will be able to facilitate the INFO Basics workshop and train novice debriefers for front line debriefing. 

• This workshop is a review of the INFO Basics workshop with tips and tricks on how to teach it. Experienced faculty will share their own experiences and provide suggestions on managing challenges related to implementing and maintaining a clinical event debriefing program.
• Target group – The unit clinical event debriefing champions, nurse educators or other key individuals with an interest in clinical event debriefing.
• Inclusion criteria – Candidates have to have completed the INFO Basics Worshop and facilitated INFO debriefings themselves before being considered to be a trainer
• Goal – After completing the T3 workshop, graduates assume the role of faculty for teaching subsequent two-hour INFO BASICS workshops. This allows your unit to independently build and maintain your clinical event debriefing facilitator staff capacity.
• Workshop – 2 hours

The INFO BASICS workshop for T3’s

• Cost – $175 per person
  • Includes
    • 2 x one hour follow up sessions to track progress and provide support as needed.
    • Access to the INFO Community of Practice for all participants who complete training
    • Instructional material for the INFO BASICS workshop including Power Point slides and video.
